Getting into professional life is harder than I thought in Pakistan. People here are either lazy or not willing and so far I have found people who are running for their bread and butter only. No self development and not willing to move upward. Instead they are fine with what they are getting and always looking for increments without hard work.
From the point of religion. Sometimes I feel that they are spending their life as this world is temporary. But after involving with their way I found that they are not following it but they are either lazy or not willing to grow. I know there are less opportunities in Pakistan to grow. But it's one's effort to at least develop his/her own living and working environment. People will never give a single chance to you to go upward if you will not fight for yourself.
I was disappointed when I saw people with such behavior but then I started to focus on my path instead of pulling others from their mud swamp. I wanted to help others, but in Pakistan or can say in world help others in their professional life when they request help from you.
Helping other is a good deed, our religion have taught us. So help others in their life but in professional or working life, wait for them to ask or just don't help them at all. You have your family to support so help yourself before you help others.
Last thought. Life is full of happiness you can't find it in professional life. So to live life find that happiness around and inside you.
